Returns Policy

We of course hope you will be delighted with your purchase.  We make each item to order and quality check throughout the manufacturing process. It should be noted that as explained on our page “The Story of Our Leather” the leather we use is top grain and no attempt has been made to hide natural blemishes on the skin particularly (healed) scars and wrinkles. We make every effort to use  leather with markings on appropriate parts of the animal.

If the product does not meet your level of expectation and you would like to return the item, please notify Omersa of your intentions within 10 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the return postage. We will refund the cost of the animal excluding delivery charges.

Please note it is important the animal is returned in fully resaleable condition for a refund to be given – so please package carefully and preferably in the original packaging.  Return delivery should be made with ParcelForce UK available through selected Post Offices.  A refund will be given once the animal has been safely received within 5 working days.
