How to order
Our products are made to order, especially for you!
Our animals are generally MADE TO ORDER as we hold limited stock. Please allow 5-6 weeks for manufacture to avoid disappointment.
Should you require any information on our products prior to placing an order, please do not hesitate to contact us on 01507 201430 . We will be very happy to discuss your requirements with you.
You are welcome to order in several ways.
Online Shop
Place your order through our secure online shop. Add whichever item(s) you wish to purchase to “basket” and proceed through to checkout. You will be given a shipping quote based on the delivery country and confirmation of VAT due.
If you have a specific deadline, please specify on the order so we are aware of the date.
On Line payment is required at this stage to confirm the order and schedule for production.
If you are ordering several pieces or certain of our very large items, the shop may not be able to provide a shipping quote. In such instances, the shop will state “OBTAIN QUOTE” and not charge for delivery at this stage. Please proceed with payment to confirm the order. In the meantime, we will look in to shipping options and reply with a quote.
Email or telephone
If you prefer, you are welcome to contact the workshop and place your order with us directly over the telephone or by e mail. When placing an order we will confirm the delivered price and approximate date of dispatch. We will require from you your full billing address, delivery address if different and credit card details. The credit card transaction will be processed prior to dispatch after which credit card details will be destroyed.
Pricing
UK mainland and European Community – total price = cost of product + delivery + 20% UK sales tax. The delivery charge is dependant upon country destination, weight and level of service.
Non European Community – total price = cost of product + delivery + 0% UK sales tax. Please note duties and taxes liable in the country of destination are for the account of the customer. The delivery charge is dependent upon destination, weight and level of service.
