Our products are Made to Order, especially for you
The lead time to handcraft an item can vary according to the time of year, taking from 2 -5 weeks.
If you have a specific deadline, or any other requirements, please contact us at info@omersa.co.uk to confirm we can meet your needs prior to placing your order.
Smaller items eg Care Products, Key Rings will be dispatched within 1 week.
Online Shop
Place your order through our secure on line shop either as a guest or as an account holder. Account holders have the benefit of storing their personal details for future order placement and can see their order history.
Orders can be placed in Pounds Sterling £, Euro and US Dollar $.
Product prices are initially quoted inclusive of UK VAT, excluding shipping. A shipping quote is available on each product page by entering the destination country in the drop down box.
“OBTAIN QUOTE” – this occurs where the on line shop is unable to quote shipping charges for large pieces or consignments. You may either contact us for a quote first or proceed with payment to confirm the order. We will look in to shipping options and reply to you with a quote for payment prior to dispatch of goods.
Shipping and Taxes are adjusted for at checkout once the country of import has been entered. Taxes are charged for as follows:
UK – VAT at 20%
Europe, including Switzerland, Norway and Finland – VAT rate applicable to country of import. The goods are cleared through customs and taxes paid by the delivery agent for which service a Handling Fee is charged at checkout. Under the current trade agreement between the UK and Europe, 0% duties are payable upon import.
Rest of World – UK VAT at 0%. Import taxes and duties due in the country of import are the responsibility of the customer. In order to clear customs, the delivery agent will require full payment of these taxes.
Once the order has been placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement which confirms the expected lead time.
