We of course hope you will be delighted with your purchase. We make each item to order and quality check throughout the manufacturing process. As explained on our page “The Story of Our Leather” the leather we use is top grain and no attempt has been made to hide natural blemishes on the skin particularly (healed) scars and wrinkles. Animal sizings given are approximate as each piece of leather behaves differently.
You have the right to cancel the item(s) ordered within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please notify Omersa of your intentions within this period either by e mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone +44 1526 345308. The item(s) must be returned within the following 14 days to our workshop – see below for address. You will be reimbursed for the cost of the animal excluding delivery charges and credit card commission within a further 14 day period. Please retain proof of return postage.
Please note it is important the animal is returned in fully resaleable condition for a refund to be given – so please package carefully and preferably in the original packaging. A deduction may be made if the items are not returned in good condition to cover the cost of repair work to make good.
