Returns Policy
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase as we make each item to order and quality check throughout the handcrafting process. On our page “The Story of Our Leather” we explain that we use top grain cowhide leather (UK sourced). The top grain bears the animals natural blemishes, particularly scars and wrinkles. We use these markings, where appropriate, to add to the animals character and do not consider them a flaw.
Please also note the sizes given on the website are approximate. As each piece of leather behaves differently during the handcrafting process, the height and length of the animal can vary by up to 10% of the published dimensions.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Returning your product because you have changed your mind
You have the right to cancel the item(s) ordered within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please notify Omersa of your intentions within this period by e mail to orders@omersa.co.uk . The item(s) must be returned, at your cost, within the following 14 days to our workshop – see address below . A refund will be made to the original card used for the cost of the animal + standard delivery charges upon either proof of return postage or receipt of the returned goods, within 14 days. Please retain proof of return postage.
Prepaid import taxes into Europe have to be reclaimed by the consignee in the country of import. Please discuss this option with the delivery agent you chose to return the parcel. It is not a process we are able to initiate from the United Kindgom.
Please return your item unused and in the original condition with proof of purchase. It is important the animal is returned in fully resaleable condition for a refund to be given – please package carefully and preferably in the original packaging. A deduction will be made if the items are not returned in good condition to cover the cost of repair work to make good.
Bespoke items, incl stitching of initials
We are unable to accept the return of pieces that have been personalised.
